Jaleswardham is located at a distance of about 25 km en route to Gaurela Amarkantak. The 12th-century Kalchuri carpet temple of ancient Lord Shiva is a major center of attraction. Devotees walk in large numbers in Shravan month and offer water to the Narmada. The place has a natural pool which is the center of attraction.
