For the conferral of the “Veerangana Rani Avantibai Lodhi Minimata Samman (Women’s Upliftment)” and the “Mata Bahadur Kalarin Samman” by the Government of Chhattisgarh upon women of the district who have performed outstanding work, especially in fostering bravery, valour and courage and in strengthening self-confidence among women.
